CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, you’re welcome to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. For cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled time, a 20% fee will apply, as last-minute changes make it difficult to fill the spot. No-shows are non-refundable.
